At Package Prism, we strive to make our customers satisfied with the purchase. To continue doing this, if for any reason our customers are not happy with the purchase, we have laid down the return policy to ensure a smooth business relationship to avoid any inconvenience in the future.

 

Return or replacement Eligibility:

 

  • Items must be received as damage, faulty, defect or torn material. 
  • Proper pictures, videos as a proof to be shared to the company for careful analysis.
  • Items must not be used, be in the original and same condition as received. 
  • If approved, Items must be returned within 5 working days from the date parcel received.
  • Custom ordered parcels are not eligible for return or replaced unless they are damaged or defective 
  • In custom order, if there’s any manufacturing defect, proper pictures or videos to be shared for careful analysis. Any return, replacement or refund will be subject to the decision made by the company. 
  • Sale Items are not eligible for return, refund or replacement.

 

Return Process: 

 

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at 0321-5463584 to initiate a request. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and send the unboxing video through WhatsApp at 0321-5463584.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will be notified over WhatsApp or a call.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents that were included with the original shipment.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return. 

 

Return Shipping Costs:

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

Refund Process: 

 

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (s), we will notify you of the status of your return around approval or rejection.
  2. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Non-Returnable Items: 

Customized printed items are not eligible for return.
